Ingredients

 

2 cups Basmati-Rice

3/4kg Chicken pieces

Onion 3 enormous, cut

1 cup Yogurt

1 tsp Ginger glue

1/2 tsp Garlic glue

1 tsp Green stew glue

1/2 cup Tomato puree

2 tsp Red stew powder

1 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tsp Cumin powder (cooked)

1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

2 tsp Garam masala powder

1/2 cup Milk

A squeeze Saffron

1 tsp Coriander powder

Green coriander leaves 2 tbsp, cleaved

Water 3 1/2 cups

7 tbsp Oil

Salt as required

Method

 

 

1.Make a blend with tomato yogurt, puree, green bean stew glue, ginger garlic glue, red stew powder, broiled cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, and salt.

2. Take the chicken and marinade it in a similar blend. Let it rest for 3-4 hours.


3. Put oil in a skillet, heat it and fry onions till they turn brilliant earthy colored.

4. Presently, to this include the marinated chicken and cook the whole blend for 10 mints.

5. After that in a weight cooker, take the rice and include 3 1/2 cups of water to it. Likewise, take the saffron, blend in with the milk, and add to the rice

6. Ultimately, include the cardamom powder and the chicken pieces, alongside the marinade.
